Decent Storage, Frustrating Setup
I’m giving this 2 stars because while it’s functional and looks nice in our kitchen, the assembly process was honestly painful. The instructions were extremely difficult to follow — there are no written directions at all, just poorly detailed images. At one point we realized a piece was facing the wrong way and had to completely take the cart apart and put it back together. It was frustrating enough that we were genuinely tempted to just throw it away and cut our losses. The overall experience did not feel like we were assembling a quality item. That said, once it’s finally together, it does the job. The towel rack and spice rack are convenient, and it adds extra storage and counter space. However, the cabinet door and top drawer feel pretty cheap when opening and closing them, which reinforces the overall lower-quality feel. If you’re patient and just need something functional that looks good from a distance, this might work for you — but be prepared for a challenging assembly and don’t expect premium quality.

This was the worst piece of furniture I have ever bought! I should have listened to the reviews, but I’m usually pretty good at putting things together, so I figured it may have been a user error for some of them. When it came in the mail some of the pieces were scratched in a little bit dented and of course it’s particleboard but it’s probably the softest particleboard I’ve ever felt. While I was putting it together multiple times it splintered with the screws that it came with. The directions were all pictures and they were pretty easy to follow, but the unit itself is extremely flimsy and at the price of 100 and something it’s not even worth it for that. I am shocked to think that it could even be the full price of 300 something. Save your sanity and do not buy this! I had to return it to target the next day, fully built.

Was not happy with this at all. Cheaply made, handles are plastic, thin towel holder bars, particle board is the overall material and discovered pieces were broken after I had already started putting it together. Really disappointed and wish I didn’t waste the money.

Loved how it has so much space to store things in and a nice size tabletop. Didn’t enjoy putting it together the towel rack and the side holders were difficult to insert with just using pressure instructions were a bit hard to understand with just pictures, no written instructions.

Multiple pieces to assemble were cracked or broken. I tried going through the website to get some sort of partial refund at least but they want me to return the item, which is too heavy for me to do. Impossible to reach customer service!

Buyer beware
This item was shipped to my house. When I opened it, one of the bars was bent (I could be okay with that and hide it. The doors had a weird color to them, almost like there was a whitish spray paint. Okay, I can deal with that too. Get everything assembled, go to put the drawer in and the drawer is too big and will not fit. Because this is a third party, any issues you have with the item, you need to reach out to Target and have THEM contact Costway (the third party). Costway will tell you they are unable to help you because you need to go through Target. It would have taken 3 weeks for the drawer issue to get resolved if I went that route. Instead, begrudingly had to return it because waiting 10-15 business days was not going to be viable. Also be aware the assembly instructions are just pictures.
