Worst purchase I have made.
I’d give this zero stars if I could. I don’t know how Target hasn’t pulled this item out of their stores to take some serious action towards fixing what is completely wrong with this product. The horizontal slats that are there as shelves were loose and warped making it incredibly hard to sit items on it as intended. Also one side of the ladder had no drilled holes that were needed to install the bottom back panel that sits behind the toilet tank. The metal is hollow and incredibly lightweight. There’s nothing luxurious about this and being sold for $65 is a scam.

Save yourself from the biggest headache of your week
This is easily in the top three worst purchases I've ever made. The manufacturing quality is lower than low. I wasted so much time the past two days trying to build this flimsy little shelf because I had to reshape pieces myself so they would insert where they were supposed to insert, drill holes that they apparently forgot to drill, drill holes bigger so that screws could actually line up to the holes, and try to re-insert a screw that was molded insanely crooked into one of the plastic base pieces (spoiler: it didn't work.) Unless you feel like having the most frustrating day(s) of your week by a long shot, I wouldn't buy this product.

Suits our needs, but a PAIN to assemble. Directions could be better
Overall, this shelving unit works really well in our small bathroom. The look is nice and simple, and you can make it your own with some stylish baskets. I will say- it is taking all of me to not give this a lower rating. The assembly was a rightful pain, and I am generally a very patient and methodical person. The directions were not explicit enough, and I ended up screwing one component on backwards. The hex-screws are very cheap and tend to strip very easily, so unscrewing the whole assembly and reassembling it was very difficult, aggravating, and almost impossible because of a couple of stripped hex-screws. Thankfully I had a pair of pliers that allowed me to remove the screws that were stripped, (and thankfully it comes with two spare screws) otherwise I would have had to return it. All in all, it took me 2 hours to assemble, disassemble, problem solve, and reassemble this seemingly rudimentary piece of furniture. Moral of the story- don't just read the directions- look at the pictures to make sure the screw holes are facing the correct way.

Awful product, poor prodcut control
Straight out of the box it was bent, 3 of the 4 feet are crooked and the shelves are not even. It’s very wobbly and not sturdy. We threw it away as it was a pain to take apart to attempt a return.

Horrible! I’m pretty sure they sold me a returned item. There’s scratches everywhere and the metal connector that connects the sides was bent. On top of that it was missing 2 screws. This obviously was used.

Horrible waste of money....
Charging $65 for this JUNK is crazy. I’m sorry but this is insane. The holes are misaligned, the feet are at angles, the thing is flimsy and wobbly, the shelves don’t come straight, and the top connecting bar that has you connect and fasten the shelves and legs together HAD A PIECE BREAK OFF!! Just from me touching it! I had to super glue it and can’t even return the thing because I can’t take it apart because the misaligned holes caused a stripped screw that will not come out. 0/5 stars if I could. If it were $20 I wouldn’t complain, but $65 is absurd, Target.

Worst Target purchase ever!!! I usually love Target and the products but this product is horrible quality. The shelving barely holds anything without bowing. Would return but I don’t want to disassemble it.

Way too flimsy!
This product is incredibly flimsy. Assembled it and made all available adjustments and it was still super wobbly. For $65 this felt like an incredibly cheap product. Would not recommend.

Buy this if you're into torture.
The good reviews are written by family members of the inventor, and employees of their company. I should have read the reviews first. Absolutely terrible directions and parts. Put it together and took it apart six times and it was still wrong. One screw went all the way through the hole, and another hole had a defect and wouldn’t let the screw through at all. Turns out it didn’t take much to scrape away the problem area of that tells you how durable the craftsmanship is. The Alan wrenches suuuuuuck. My fingers are destroyed. Save your money.
