Q: Can it be mounted straight against the wall, meaning not tilted/leaning againts the wall creating that sort of angle?

A: Hello Siimplyg - We appreciate your interest in this item. Shelving is not level when the bar is tilted towards the wall for installation of the screws at the top. Shelves only seem to be flat when the bar is standing straight up. Hope this is helpful. – Alvin

Added this shelf for decor mostly. It definitely took my bathroom from boring to interesting. I love it. Yes the shelves tilt slightly back, so if that would drive you nuts don’t buy it. Otherwise it’s great!

Extremely cheap looking and flimsy. Leans back so shelves are so slanted back nothing is level and it's ugly underneath.

I love it! It’s the perfect addition to our bathroom. Quick and easy to build. It’s very sturdy, you just have to follow the instructions closely to make sure it’s at the right angle to the wall to secure it. 10/10 recommend!

Flimsy and the color of the shelves is definitely misleading, picture shows a natural wood color, the but it definitely has more of a tint to it. Looks super cheap. Wish I trusted the previous reviews.

Love it. Not huge in size so it fits perfectly in a smaller bathroom. It’s got enough storage for me and I was able to put it together myself within 10 minutes.

We bought this for the small bathroom in our newly remodeled guest house. I wish the wood had come in a darker finish and I’ll eventually do that myself. For the price, this was very reasonable compared to other high end modern stores.

Despite the other reviews, I actually think this product is of great quality. Our bathroom is extremely small and this product gives us extra space and stability, while being trendy and cute, without spending the big bucks. It really ties the whole bathroom together. The assembly took maybe 30 minutes tops!

Awful design! The shelves are not angled, they are level when the metal legs are upright so when you lean it against the wall it looks ridiculous. They lean back and you're looking at the bottoms of each shelf. I'm so disappointed!
