I wasn't expecting anything exceptional - I just wanted something to store tp on. Even without high expectations, this product was a let down. Using the tiny Allen wrench was a pain I dropped it countless times because it's so small and flimsy. The choice of Allen screws (cheap ones) was a terrible idea. Half of the screws had stripped heads halfway thru screwing them in so they're stuck half out. One of the screw holes don't even line up at all. Poorly constructed with cheap materials. Even the nickel finish is uneven and has countless flaws. You can find something better elsewhere

The design for this product is really terrible. When installing the crossbeam support that joins the top to the bottom one of the screw holes was so poorly drilled it was nearly impossible to screw in, and when I finally got it to go in it would only go about halfway. The second support crossbeam that's close to the floor had to be removed because the water line that attaches to the toilet blocks it. To add insult to injury, I tried to add the two screws from the removed crossbeam to the bag labeled "extra hardware" but the bag wouldn't actually open without cutting it open with scissors. Just an all-around frustrating experience.

Low quality materials- multiple screws stripped with the tiny keys that are included. The parts did not align correctly as a result of flawed manufacturing, leading to a visually unappealing final product with compromised stability. The shelves came warped, lacking a flat surface to actually set products on. The instructions were difficult to follow. Overall an incredibly disappointing and low quality product.

Sooooooooo not worth $50. It is extremely, extremely flimsy. I accidentally tightened a screw enough to punch through the metal. Important to note that I have rheumatoid arthritis and the grip strength of a small child… but anyways… once put together it swayed back and forth and slightly resembles a baby giraffe. Only giving two stars because I shoved it into place with enough stuff on the bottom so that it won’t tip over.

If you're like me and think that the negative reviews are exaggerating, let me stop you right now. The ladder/shelf as a whole is insanely flimsy, the pieces do no align perfectly, and and the screw stripped so easily. For an assembly item with very little pieces, you'd think that you could trust the labels that are supposed to make it easy to follow the written tutorials. Wrong, I built it incorrectly because the stickers were mislabeled and had to fix it twice only to be disappointed by the overall product. I truly expected more from a target brand item that's supposed to represent them.
I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Poorly designed. Connecting bar holes did not align with posts. Lower bar has to be assembled after placing shelving behind toilet. Because the bar has to fit under flex hose connected to the toilet.
