This item is trash. It’s incredibly flimsy even with the support bars. There were missing screws and the holes did nut line up properly making the joints loose.

The screws that come with this are horrible most of them are stripped the Allen key provided doesn’t fit them one size bigger and smaller are still not a good fit. I ordered replacements from Amazon because these are so poorly made.

Don't buy this garbage. It is so wobbly that you cannot touch it without risking it falling over. It's also insanely overpriced. Don't spend $50 for something that belongs in the landfill. Unfortunately, it's impossible to disassemble to return.

The directions are wrong or the kit had the stickers in the wrong place. The include wall anchors though the picture shows it against tile. The bottom stabilization bar will most likely conflict with the water supply to the toilet. I had to take the bottom bar off and reattach because it needed to go below the water shutoff. You may not be so lucky. Don't buy it.

I wasn't expecting anything exceptional - I just wanted something to store tp on. Even without high expectations, this product was a let down. Using the tiny Allen wrench was a pain I dropped it countless times because it's so small and flimsy. The choice of Allen screws (cheap ones) was a terrible idea. Half of the screws had stripped heads halfway thru screwing them in so they're stuck half out. One of the screw holes don't even line up at all. Poorly constructed with cheap materials. Even the nickel finish is uneven and has countless flaws. You can find something better elsewhere

The design for this product is really terrible. When installing the crossbeam support that joins the top to the bottom one of the screw holes was so poorly drilled it was nearly impossible to screw in, and when I finally got it to go in it would only go about halfway. The second support crossbeam that's close to the floor had to be removed because the water line that attaches to the toilet blocks it. To add insult to injury, I tried to add the two screws from the removed crossbeam to the bag labeled "extra hardware" but the bag wouldn't actually open without cutting it open with scissors. Just an all-around frustrating experience.
