This Cream of Tartar from Good & Gather™ is an easy way to take your baking to the next level. Cream of tartar has the surprising capability to stabilize and add volume to egg whites, making your desserts lighter and fluffier. Cream of tartar is a must-have to get perfect meringues, frostings and angel food cake, but can also be combined with baking soda to replace baking powder in a variety of recipes. It can even be used to help boiled vegetables retain their color.

Pantry staple!

I love this target brand cream of tartar. I use it all the time to make snickerdoodles and it works great. It’s a good price and is a baking staple in my house.

Same flavor but not presentation

I used this brand in my snickerdoodle cookies and they came out really flat. Not even a lift like the other name brands I’ve used. But the flavor did come out the same. If you like the same flavor but not the same presentation than it’s a good value for your money.
