[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are really enjoying our new fan. I love the sleek brushed nickel design. This is my first fan with three blades. It is really awesome and creates an amazing airflow in my kitchen. We were also very impressed with the easy to follow instructions that are included. We were able to fill install the fan within 40 minutes. Highly recommend this for its beauty and ability to cool a room!

The fan works it's majic in circulating the air, keeping the room cool with no noise. The remote is small and simple enough to be operated by even a toddler. It adds an updated unique look to her bedroom.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Vassar™ LED 52" Fan in Brushed Nickel looks nice and modern. I liked that it is a 3-speed fan. It has a wall switch to toggle between the different speeds and to turn the light on. It would be better if it had a remote control. A fan and/or light fixture that has a remote control would add value to it and make it high-end.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The installation was pretty easy. I added a ceiling fan support bracket in the fan to stabilize the junction box. Wiring and install was easy. The only thing that would be easier would to have allen wrench screws for the canopy. It’s difficult to get a screwdriver in that tight area. Otherwise, I am very shot with the product!

The light on this doesn’t go as bright as I would like and there is no remote. You have to install the light controls into the wall where your light switch is, thankfully my husband knows how to do that. We have the fan over our kitchen island. I will say it is better than the older style we had before with glass sconces.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm generally a frugal shopper, so when I saw the cost of this ceiling fan I was given to review, I was curious how anyone could ever spend that kind of money on a small item. As you can see from my rating, it's worth it. The pros: Very nice visual appearance Moves lots of air and has made a tremendous impact on the temperature in my daughter's room. Sturdy and doesn't shake when on high speed Modern design & LED lights The cons: My father installed it and he's pretty familiar with installing ceiling fans. This installation seemed more complex than a standard fan; pictures were a tad confusing and poor grammar/spelling in the instruction manual. Hard to reach the switch to change blade rotation without a ladder. As you can see, the pros far outweigh the cons, but be prepared for a more difficult installation than you're used to.

Some reviews that I read say that the light isnt very bright... personally, I think its perfect fir my bedroom.. i dont like nor do I need super bright lights in there. My dad and husband installed the fan, and it took them about 1.5 hrs. They said it was very easy, with easy to follow instructions. Overall, this is a great fan that makes a beautiful addition to my home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From the time I opened the box I was impressed with the quality of the fan and it's components. After a quick read through of the mounting instructions I removed the old fan and started installing this one. I have installed many fans before and each is a little different. Mounting and wiring was easy with the help of harness so there was no awkward holding of the fan while trying to put the wires together. The finishes and covers look amazing. We went with the wood finish on the blades because of the placement in our gazebo but the nickel finish looks good too. The LED light is bright and can be dimmed to any level with the wireless remote. The wireless remote is a nice feature in that no additional wiring needs to be done if you are adding a new fan and you can put the remote anywhere without running wires. All you need is power to the fan. The only down side to the remote is that it needs to be mounted in an electric box and isn't something you can carry around easily. I was able to mount a shallow electric box in the gazebo so it doesn't take up too much room and still looks great. The fan direction is reversible but only with the switch located on the top of the unit. Not a big deal for us as this is mounted within reach but worth noting if you plan to install it with a high ceiling. Overall, I am extremely happy with this new addition and would recommend it.

The remote control function was a great feature that I was very impressed with. can can control the fan and the lighting with ease. If I ever need a celing fan for any of my other rooms I will defintely be using a Kichler product.

A friend helped install a fan box in my ceiling but I installed the game myself. The instructions were clear. Even on the outside of the box we're warning on how to open it. The installation took me two hours. But I read the instructions over and over. It was a easy job. I love the look of this sleek fan. The simple lines are lovely. A very nice contemporary design. The lighting makes it a perfect choice for a bedroom. My son loves it. The efficiency of the lights are a big plus! The fan is quiet and puts out a great amount of air movement. The remote is a plus! It can be turned off or adjusted without getting out of bed! I can tell by the feel and look that this is a well built unit. I may replace my existing fans with this sleek unit.
