This Mexican-Inspired Birria Cooking Sauce from Good & Gather™ is a rich and deeply flavorful sauce that is the perfect accompaniment to beef. Made with Chipotle chili pepper in adobo sauce, Guajillo chili & Arbol Chili peppers and chipotle peppers, it packs a savory, sweet and smoky punch. Simply brown two pounds of stew meat, add the birria sauce and simmer partially covered for one and a half hours until the meat is tender. Then ladle into bowls and garnish with cilantro, pickled red onions and avocado. Don’t forget the tortillas!

Directions
