Stand Up Desk Store 40" Manual Adjustable Height Split Level Drafting Table Ergonomic Desk with Monitor Shelf (Black/Black)

I love my new desk. I recognized that part of my wrist and back problems was due to the way I sat at a desk. I knew I needed to adopt a sit/stand style, while I realized a drafting table would be perfect for me to write etc. There aren't any hybrids besides this one out there and I'm grateful for it. The only thing I don't like is the paper stopper placement. It is a really helpful attachment, however when you're sitting and need to use that side for typing your arms are resting on it and i'm small so trying to put my arms around it and then type is not happening. So, when your arm is resting on it, it obviously is not comfortable as the paper stopper is metal. When standing you can override it. It is removable however you have to unscrew it, which I did but I wish it could be placed on there without having to do that. If it can be made where you can attach/remove with the ease of not needing screws that would be a great benefit.

This desk was for my son. He is very happy. It is aa very nice desk.

The desk proved to be of good quality. Everything that needed to be included was. Loved the color. What I did not like was the fact that I had to move the desk up and down myself from both sides of the desk. No crank. I can not adjust this desk by myself, especially when I have my items on the desk. It is not an efficient standing desk and would not recommend for those working at home. I wish I could return to get an automatic one or a crank one if they have. The company will not allow me to return because I do not have the original packaging. Who keeps a HUGE empty box in the home like that? I did not want to take the risk of returning and be denied a refund AND be out a desk. Left feeling frustrated.

Packaging was good. Assembly instructions were slightly ambiguous, but assembly was very easy. The quality is fantastic, and it looks nice and works great. I think I would have put a slightly ore aggressive angle on the inner edge of the pencil tray/ridge at the bottom. It’s a little too rounded, and at steeper angles my MacBook wants to slide over it when jostled. Not a complaint, just a note.

I love the product, it works well and is well made. I was disappointed by the assembly instructions. We had to compare the video and the written instructions, plus use our imagination to make sense of it. The other thing I think could be improved is communication about what heights this product would be good for. People like myself that are not average height are looking at these products as solutions, so it would be helpful to clearly state the lowest height and max height and the personal height it is recommended for.

Have assembled the product with no problem and look forward to using it when my semester begins. Thank you.
