Description
The AIREX Mini Balance Foam Pad is a stability trainer designed for balance, stretching, exercise, physical therapy, mobility, rehabilitation and core strength training. Measuring 16” x 10” x 2.5”, the Foam Balance Pad is non-slip and comes in charcoal. AIREX pads are the NUMBER 1 foam balance pad recommended most by physical therapists because they allow patients to intensify and continue rehab and therapy treatments at home. AIREX pads improve stability and mobility by strengthening joints, ankles and knees as well as increasing flexibility and endurance. Lightweight and comfortable, the Mini is extremely durable. The material is supportive on one hand and warm, soft and cushioning on the other, making exercising and training extremely easy and efficient on joints, tendons and muscles. The foam pad features a waffle texture on each side which is non-slip and stimulating to feet. The integrally molded skin makes the Mini extra tough and tear resistant. I have a 10 year old gymnast and it is essential for her to work on balance/ankle strength. This AIREX balance pad is absolutely wonderful for me and my daughter. 15 minutes a day has strengthened my ankles and improved her balance! She's level 3 and this pad was challenging for her as well as me. You can also jump on the pad which is really fun! The whole family loves this pad and after a month of daily use, it looks and feels like new so high quality. It's compact enough to slide under the bed. I definitely recommend this product for balance training.

You can put all your weight into it and it remains cushioned, but you don't feel like it's getting thin. It's very soft and dense. I actually got this from my husband who works on airplanes and is always on his knees or squatting down or bending in weird positions. They make special mats for his type of work, but none of them have offered him the soft support that he gets from this yoga pad. It's got a good amount of weight to it, so it stays in the position you put it in. On any type of floor. It stays where you put it. It's the perfect size and easy to store. It's made very well and the material seems like it's made to last. It would take a long time for it to deteriorate. It kinda heals itself from any damage. Meaning scratches just kinda disappear and the material just bounces back. It's easy to clean and care for. This is definitely high quality and made to last.

The cushion is very soft comfortable and easy to fold put up for travel. Absolutely perfect for my clients. Use it for balance exercises, kneeling exercises, sitting exercises, So many things we use this pad for. It’s great. You do have to store it either laying flat or up against the wall. You don’t want anything on top of the pad or laying the pad on top of something. It indents really easy and takes forever for the creases to come out. Plus it will ruin pad if you keep getting creases. I learned this by doing what I should have not done. I have two and will be buying more for my clients

It felt like it was working - adding just that extra element when standing on it to make your core work a little more to balance. Firm, yet just squishy enough, but a different kind of supportive squishy that you might find in a foam shoe. It's a great size, textured for little movement on my carpet, and is just comfy to sit on!

Since we work from home, our desks can go from sitting to standing and this pad provides much needed relief for our feet and backs when standing. It has the perfect amount of firmness and give. We plan to get another for our other desk so we don't have to share! It's also a great height to support my head when laying on the floor during my stretches. I can't recommend it highly enough!

We are busy, have kids, and lots of activities so I'm looking for convenience but I don't want to sacrifice my workout. The Airex pad was a great addition to our home gym. I can use it when I do yoga and my spouse can use it when she does her physical therapy exercises at home. We've had it for a few weeks now and it has worked out great. It also is the perfect softness, not too soft where it makes balancing impossible and not to hard where balancing it too easy. My kids also love just bouncing on it.
