This swaddle is perfect for sleep training. It was designed by an RN who works with babies. It is soft (organic fabric), breathable, and easy to use. The silent velcro feature is the best! I absolutely love this swaddle because it fits well, does what it's meant to and it's safe for babies. I'm a Newborn Care Specialist/Night Nanny and I have used it with babies that I've cared for and recommend it to my clients in my baby boot camp classes. Out of all of the swaddles that I teach with, it's the easiest for clients to use. It's soft material fits snug where it's supposed to unlike other swaddles that can come loose close to a baby's face. Along with the arm capture wrap, the "wings" that connect the arms to the body of the sleep sack control the startle reflex babies have until it's time to transition out of the wrap. The silent velcro is a game changer because it doesn't wake the baby up when taking it off or adjusting it so your baby stays calm. I don't know how they did it but it also stays secured the whole time the arm capture is used. Plus it's just the right weight so that babies don't over heat. I highly recommend this swaddle!

This is a really different sleep sack, and is exceptionally great! It can be used with the swaddle band around it or just as a sleep sack on its own, and the velcro fastening is secure, and also TRULY SILENT for adjustments while the baby is sleeping - or while their twin is sleeping nearby. I can’t believe that nobody thought of this brilliant design before, where the baby’s arms cannot extend above their head (startle reflex) but can move by their sides and up to their mouths to suck on their hands. I’m a Newborn Care Specialist and have used every single type of sleep sack and swaddle since the 1990s, from muslin blankets onwards, and both of the twins I am caring for right now LOVE this swaddle sleep sack.
