Its very easy to set up and has instructions. This looks cute during the day as a decorative item. When its dark enough, the LED lights can be turned on. This is solar powered. I put it outside in the sun for a day then it worked perfectly at night. Its a little on the glitzy side. The lights are bright and change somewhat quickly from color to color (4 colors). The lights seem appropriate for a party situation. They feel very much like a party to me when they are on. Overall, I like this item. Its fun and adds a little joy to the garden.

Which is new to me. They are absolutely gorgeous! I'll be looking into buying a few more. They just decorate my patio amazingly. Watching them turn different colors. For now I just have them sitting on the porch railings, but they can be hugged up. Set them out in the sun for them to work on solar power all evenings. I highly recommend these for your summer outdoor get togethers. I've had many compliments on these.

The antique white paint gives it a farmhouse vibe, making it a beautiful and versatile accent that can be set up outdoors or indoors, hanged or displayed on the table, floor or porch. Very easy to operate, the battery charges by leaving it out in the sun and lasts a decent amount of time once is charged. I like that it comes with an on/off button so I can decide when to turn it on. Lightweight, not heavy but able to stay put when setting it up outside even when it's windy. It is very well made, the finishing touches are smooth and the quality is outstanding. The led lights are bright and illuminate well the area surrounding. I am very pleased with looks and quality of this item, an excellent addition to our home decor. I recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how this lantern looks during the day It's an antiqued white over a golden base. I have it sitting under a large tree in my backyard. It gets a good amount of sun, but not a full days worth. It has been lighting up every night, even on overcast days where I thought it might not have enough power. It flashes through the different colors on a constant loop. I was happy to see that it isn't overly bright when it lights up, so it shouldn't annoy neighbors. I do wish there was a way to switch it to be one color constantly or that it had a white or yellow light mode so that it can look like an actual lantern too.

It charges quickly and offers at least 6 hours of illumination. My biggest disappointment with the lantern is the constantly flashing color changes. I would have been happier if there had been a way to keep one steady color on rather than three rotating colors. Since the colors are red, green and blue it gives the feel of Christmas lighting, rather than year-round lighting. The lantern is fairly light weight, so should probably be well secured within your landscaping. Although it is not ideal for outdoor lighting, the classy Moroccan style makes this a great addition to any outdoor display.

There is a constant strobe action with the lights going from red to green to blue. I suppose if you were hanging them up for a party they might work well but to simply have them on a patio or in a garden the strobe effect is not very soothing.

I thought rotating lights meant it would cycle through the colors slowly but it basically flashes through the different lights giving it more of an appearance of a strobe light. Unfortunately there is no way to change the speed of how quickly it changes through the colors. If you could set it on one specific color or slow down the speed it changes colors, it would be perfect. It charges well and stays lit for a long time. It’s very sturdy. It got knocked down in a windstorm we had and didn’t get damaged at all. It really is a nice solar light, I just am not a fan of the flashing through the colors.

I understand that wasn’t in the description but I think it would be an aesthetic on its own if there was a warm white option. Otherwise for what they are they are pretty lights, very light weight (so be aware if you live in a windy area), the charge is decent but the brightness level is not consistent. Overall would recommend for a small addition to your backyard or garden.

I love the rotating light but would love a setting to jet it to no rotating too. They charge up great during the day for plenty of powere for the evening hours. I love that they can be shut off completely when not in use. They are lightweight so need to be secured if breezes.
