I really wanted to love this bag. I am planning a trip overseas and it looked like the perfect carry on and excursion bag. However, once it came, I noticed that it only had one zipper and no safety locking feature and no partner it was RFID secure. It is just a simple old style tote. I called and spoke to the wonderful folks at the call center but the only suggestion provided was to return it. It had great potential. Perhaps, maybe they could add a cord or something to make securing it easier.

Always great products! So practical yet attractive. With a big family and many gatherings, your bags tote so much to aid in the festivities!

Love this unstructured bag as an stress-free carry on or personal item bag - no worries about complying with dimensions! Took this as my only bag for a family weekend with several clothing changes. Two pairs of shoes and my flatiron fit easily in the interior side pockets. My purse and my clothing packed in a compression cube (including a dress!) left room for more. Love the French Navy color. Couldn’t be happier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the color and functionality! The 2 bottle holders, one at each end, are so handy especially when hot. The convertible luggage sleeve is great as a pocket or on the go in airport when bottom zipper open. Had bought the extra large tote last summer & although it holds a real LOT of stuff...it's almost too roomy for week-long stateside trips (good for international though when put in luggage & filled with bulky souvenirs for trip home). This somewhat smaller size fits the bill for most trips. - it is quite big enough!!

It can fit under the seat when not fully packed but carries all my necessary items that I need on long trip (small purse, sweater, makeup bag, water bottle, small umbrella, snacks, book). Love all the pockets and that it fits over my carryon handle. Perfect addition to my travel luggage and I can use it on short road trips and every day shopping! You need this well made tote!

Last minute carry on purchase for a multi-stop overseas work trip. Tight carry on restrictions for first leg made it turn into the purse holding my purse - roomie. All the pockets were handy both inside and out once I decided on use. The zipper interior pocket under the "flap" was a great bennie. I believe this tote can take on any shape it wishes, including in a ball out of the way ,or over expanded to carry kilos of unexpected work or purchases. Also like the fact I had a choice of 3 patterns in black which won me over. You may never outdo the baggallini I carried non-stop overseas in the 80's and 90's, but this seems a good addition to my "wardrobe."

I absolutely love this bag….in fact I bought it in the Large and Medium for my trip to Europe. I used the smaller version for day trips. It is EXTREMELY well made. I love the fact that it has quite a few internal pockets with and without zippers to secure items inside. The removable crossbody strap was perfect for hands-free travel and the luggage sleeve slides perfectly over my luggage handle. I have so many Bagggallini products - they are my “go-to” for everyday use as well as international travel. Well made, washable and extremely durable.

I got this for a plane trip I was doing solo with my toddler. I wanted to be able to combine things from her diaper bag alone with my stuff to reduce the number of bags. This worked perfectly. Enough space for a portable changing pad, small blanket, iPad, a couple books. An interior pocket for valuables and lots of exterior pockets. Also two interior pockets for a water bottle to keep it upright. Two additional features that made this ideal for travel: a luggage sleeve and a crossbody strap.

I have the 2-wheel underseat carrier and wanted something to go with it for traveling. This is perfect. It fits on top of it perfectly and holds so much. Plus the side pockets are great. I used one for my water bottle and the other for my sandels.

Bought this as an under-seat tote to accompany me on a long airplane trip, with the intention of sliding it onto the handle of my roller bag when entended. The pass-through was way too narrow, and my bag is only a 22” carry-on! It is double-stitched so I carefully undid one row of stitching on each side, and now it slides over the handle—just barely. Needs a more thoughtful measurement of that feature.

There were no pictures of this bag on a mannequin or a real person on any website that I could use to tell exactly what I was getting before I purchased. It's nice, of course!! Purchased in the Quilted Black, which is a nice play on the Polyester. But here's my thinking. If you are packing for a Whole weekend, then this is a Perfect size bag for that. If you are a light packer or just packing for a quick Overnight, I'd go with the Medium Carryall. What do I like about it? Versatility of ways to carry it; it's pliable; the front pockets will fit a pair of sandals or flats each, but for tennis shoes, one shoe per pouch; it opens wide enough to see into, with a light grey/taupe interior; no more cramming for me. I can actually fold or roll my clothing and see them in this bag; the bottom of the bag is flat and has a hard enough bottom, so it can possibly sit upright depending on how you pack it. It's not the sexiest bag, meaning figure flattering, but I think it will look better the more I put in it. I like it crossbody or shoulder strapped. I just got it today and have been playing around with it, and as I use it, I'll like the size of it more. I can fit my large tumbler in one of the outside pockets, too. To clarify for others one of the questions I was having about it: It measures 16 inches long at the very bottom and then wedges upwards to barely over 21 inches long for most of the bag. I don't really consider it a sporty bag, but it is a travel bag to my mind; a Weekender Tote, which is actually what I was looking for. There is also a little ring inside that you could clip something else to. As always with Baggallini, the zippers are smooth, the construction well-done, the hardware is great and has a gunmetal sheen to it on this color option. The more I list it's positives, the happier I am with it. Let's just say, I will NOT be returning it!!

I love this bag, well made, nicely placed pockets, BUT I bought it specifically to use the luggage sleeve to slip over the handle of my travelpro carryon suitcase. I packed everything, got to the airport, and realize that the sleeve was a 1/4 inch to small for the suitcase handle. Very Frustrating. Travelpro is a popular brand, I am really unhappy that the tote does not work for the specific purpose for which I purchased it.

It was great size as an extra bag for my travels! I took it as a carry on and used it for a second bag on my return.

the outer dimensions were as marked, but it opened very wide and was too large for my needs, I returned the tote bag and purchased the Go bagg with wristlet. This seems to be closer to what I wanted. I wished that I lived closer to a Baggallini store so that I could see the bags prior to purchase. Of course Baggallini quality is always great

I own about 12 Baggalinis of various sizes and shapes and they never disappoint. This one is a great size for travel, shopping of all types and kinds, and not too many pockets allow for visibility without having to unzip everywhere for those of us who may forget where things are! Many products easily fir into this one also so you carry only one.
