Terrible Neck Pain!
Terrible, terrible! I am a back sleeper, and I have so much neck pain now because of this pillow. It's insane! I am so much worse off now than with my old pillow. My husband is having the same issue with this new pillow. It does not stay cool either. It's a little better than a regular pillow, but not nearly as good as the typical cool pillows. Save your money and keep on looking, unless you want more pain! It hasn't gotten flat yet, but it has been awful.

Worth the money for sure
I bought this for my husband he needed support for his neck and head, it is basically like sleeping on a cloud with support enough to have you wake up refreshed! It reminds me of basically a memory foam pillow. Once I laid on it and got a feel for how it adjusts to every nook and cranny I ordered myself one and I can't wait until it comes!! Definitely worth the money!!

Cloud pillow

Good firmness yet soft
I love how comfortable these are. I was always looking for a more firm pillow that still forms when I lay down like a memory foam mattress does. These pillows are my all time favorite pillows I have ever had with comfort and durability. Have had them for over a year now and have had no issues!

Way too thick
This pillow is so thick it throws your neck/spine out of alignment. It might have been great if it was thinner, but at this thickness it causes pain. I can't speak to whether it had cooling properties as I couldn't use it long enough to find out.

I'm a happy purchaser
I was very skeptical at first thinking this is just another cooling pillow. However I have now slept on it enough to say that I'm very pleased. It's important to remember that no pillow is going to keep you completely cool. The principal involved is material that breathes and wicks your sweat. This product does both. It is a firm pillow so if you need something softer go elsewhere. The 5-in loft is excellent. I spend a lot of time sitting up in my bed and use this pillow to rest my back. Is successfully keeps my back predominantly cool and sweat free.

Just what I needed!
This pillow evidently works really well because I slept all night without waking. My wife said I didn't toss and turn like normal. As far as the cooling factor, I think it is cool for an while but when I do get up it lacks the coolness I expected all night through. All in all, it's comfortable enough that I'll probably buy my wife one too.

I am very happy with this purchase
So I've tried multiple pillows since I run hot all night lately. This pillow is so comfortable, great for me, a side and back sleeper. It does not cool me off, but that could be my fault. I have the case the pillow came in, plus my own pillow case over it. That will cause it to hold heat. I have much more expensive pillows that are crap next to this one. I even bought my hubby one.
