Sounds like i was the only one!
Wrong pieces. I received three of one arm and had to disassemble and return. Customer service was not helpful and was unable to send the missing parts. I now have a couch and no chairs!

Great chairs, cushoins become less comfortable over time
Have had mine (two sets of two) for several years. They still look great, but the cushions are no longer comfortable, and I’ve found it hard to get replacement cushions in the right sizes.

Soggy, rust mess
The cushions retain all water! They don’t drain out, so if you’re wet from the pool it’ll absorb the water. Or if you have a massive summer storm, you’ll be squeezing out water from the cushions. Then you’ll be looking at the rust from the hardware dripping down the legs and arms of the chair. Such a bummer because they weren’t hard to put together and look nice. But need to be undercover in a completely dry area.

Beautiful, modern, quality design!
I love these! We purchased them over a year ago and they have weathered well through a cold Montana winter. Cushions have held their shape, happy with the quality.

Beautoful, sturdy, and comfortable set!
Easy to put together, sturdy and beautiful! The cushions are really comfortable but the back cushion is about half the size of the bottom cushion, which I wasn’t expecting. Have really enjoyed these chairs, we also bought the sofa. Ordered this set online and arrived very quickly and I’m great condition!

Rust!!
I’m not sure what’s wrong with this set but everything rusts like crazy! It pours out of the metal frame of the chairs and stains everything. Unless you have it in an area that would never get wet, avoid these at all costs.

Meh, look nice but they arent perfecr
Love the look of them. But I agree, after two seasons they are rusting like crazy. Rust leaks out and stains our rug, it’s quite frustrating for the price we paid for them

Do NOT buy
I honestly thought I found a steal, but now I feel stolen from. I can't even use the chairs. When I went to assemble it, most of the screws didn't work with the tread. The craftmanship was sloppy with overspill where you're supposed to screw items in. I actually ended up soldering together some of the joints. They came in huge boxes that I can't fit to return in and pieces are all over the place- so.. too much of a hassle. Don't let this be you. Just don't.

The quality of this set is very nice. The cushions arrived folded but the crease quickly came out. Instructions were very clear and was easy to find covers to fit.

Rust.
the furniture itself is great. we have the couch and three chairs. also use have a similar outdoor table from target. the furniture doesn't rust but the hardware does. furniture leaks rusty orange water after rain storms that stains my deck and the cushions. the table was so bad the legs actually bent off and we threw it away. furniture still looks good after about 2 seasons but I'm reallllyyyy unhappy with the hardware. would really love replacement hardware that actually has rust resistant qualities because this set is gorgeous otherwise. beware if you don't want to damage your deck - outdoor furniture shouldn't leak rust water!
