Great product. Really hydrating and makes my concealer go on smoother when applying makeup. The applicator did break after a few uses and wouldn’t twist up or down, but after reading all the reviews, I’m not the only one it’s happened to, unfortunately. Wish they fixed this issue.

I love the stick for quick application, but the actual packaging needs work. There is a LOT of product left in the tube once it looks “used” up. I’d rate the product 5 stars, 2.5 for the flawed packaging.

I would give this product a 5 star rating but I feel the packaging could be better. I find myself using a qtip to get the product out more than using the stick to glide the product own. I would prefer this come in a jar and use my finger for application

I have been in love with this product from the moment I starting using it and have already reordered when the first one ran out. It provides my under eyes with a ton of hydration making it appear less dull and makes my bags look smaller. It's a miracle worker when applying make up over it because it hydrate the area so well. This has become a new staple for me and I have tried other products that are supposed to provide the same results, but NONE of them have compared to the Roc brand.

I have been using this product for few months. I am 65 years old. Non greasy formula. Helps with puffiness. The only real problem is the amount of product left in the container after 'empty'. I just used a toothpick to remove about a 1/3 or more of the product left after the tube appears empty! Such a waste of product. I put that amount in a little container and have, I would say, about two weeks + left of balm!

Nice product but the packaging is not functional. I've had this less than two weeks and it will no longer advance out of the tube at all. Mine has a solid plastic bottom, not a removable sticker. I can knock it out of thw tube but then I just have a slimy tube of product that I will have to figure out some container for, I guess? $30 and a major selling point for me was being able to swipe it on without using my fingers, but that's a bust. Feels like a rip off.

i’ve literally never written a review, but after using this i feel i need to. i’m only 19, but i had dark blue under eyes. within two days of using this product the darkness improved 90%. will definitely purchase again
