I’ve bought 3 of these in less than a year and each time, after less than a month the package breaks in one or another. The first one it wouldn’t roll up or roll back down. I have to press it against a hard surface, but after several times of that, the product just wouldn’t come out and was stuck in one position. The second one after a week that package just didn’t work. It wouldn’t twist up or down, the t current one I have, I was being very careful and gentle with it, but then all of sudden, within a couple of months the tube won’t twist all the way down, basically it’s broken again. I will not be buying this again, what a waste of money.

I bought this 2 weeks ago. I love the product itself but, the delivery system breaks immediately. I’m so baffled, any lipstick has been using these tubes for years! ROC can’t make a tube that goes up and down? Very disappointing.

I bought this after watching a video (I know, I know!). It really does provide a great layer of moisture and the waxiness prevents concealer from settling into fine lines (sole purpose for buying it)... But it's not so greasy that it messes up my eye makeup. Only knocking off a star b/c the price point seems a bit high given the amount of product. But I am very glad I bought it and will def. repurchase. Also, my skin is quite sensitive and I did not experience any irritation.

I have tried this a few times , because it’s praised by influencers on social media. It burned my skin. Actual burns. I had red marks that lasted 3-4 days! At first I thought I used too much product. That must be it, I thought, so I tried it again using less. Ugh. Still burn marks the next day. Dark red dry burning marks. I don’t get the hype. It’s for the EYE area! I thought it would be gentle.

I like how it feels cool going on. It hydrates before I put my conclear on. However I thought it was supposed to also contain caffeine. I did have higher hopes for this product and wish it also contained caffeine in it.
