What's inside doesn't match the outside at all. The ashy bottle looked like a perfect match for me, but when I opened it up, it's like a warm auburn. It's also a mess going on compared to other brands. Waste of money.

I bought this product for the first time a few years ago and I still use the same product, the quality is good and the colour (02) is perfect for cool undertone. Absolute gem for the price and it lasts long (about a year if you are not touchy about the expiration time for your brows that is!).

No matter what I try this goes on way too thick. It is very wet and difficult to control, dries way darker and doesn't fill in. It sort of covered my grays but I still need a pencil to shape and fill.

I’ve looked so long for this. Doesn’t give headache and doesn’t have a strong smell like all the others out there. Looks great!

This is far too wet for my brows. It makes it difficult to apply with any precision and I end up having to wipe a lot off.

Clumped, application was not smooth - do not recommend.

The brush applicator hold too much product. The mascara is very wet and does not dry quickly which can cause a bit of a mess on application. Will not be buying again

I did like the match of this product and the length that it added in some of the sparser areas. However, I don’t think the brow gel is thick enough. It was easily smeared because way too much product comes out the tube and it did not dry quickly.

I liked the formula, really didnt notice any "fibers" like advertised, but the colors are backwards. The package color shows it as a warmer brown vs the "darker" brown one from this brand

I’ve been using this product for years now and it seems like they have done away with shade soft browny brows 03 and that is the perfect shade made for me. Essence bring this share back please! Product is great, works great, and lasts but giving 3 stars because the other shades do not work for me.

Never got to try it. It was empty. I tried it on and it was dried up inside. I planned to take it back but my son got into my purse and he lost it. I couldn’t believe that it was dried out brand new and already dried. So check before you buy it.

I bought this product 2 months ago and it’s still working perfectly fine. The product is great for a natural look as my eyebrows are a bit faded at the end.

Been using this for over three years now and still by far my favorite out of the brow mascaras in yhe market. Does the job without compromising your wallet.

i have super fine hair so my brows can appear sparser than they truly are to the point where filling them in makes them look very fake. this stuff however works with what I have and looks very natural :-)

I'm a makeup newbie and I found this very easy to use. I didn't have to put any effort into it; I just pushed the spoolie along my brows and the product filled them in pretty well. I used one dip per brow, and I thought they looked pretty good. I own one high end and two other drugstore brand brow gels, and this is my favorite of all of them so far. It's possible that might be different if I were more skilled at makeup, since there are some amazing pictures of what people have done with the high end product. But I personally did not find that one easy to use.
