A: I've not had that issue and I'm wearing moisturizer plus sunscreen under my eyes. I don't think you'll have any issues with this. I would suggest keeping a lash comb near by as it can go on clumpy a bit. Overall, really good for a budget mascara!

A: it is super clumpy for me and I never wear any other makeup just mascara and it smudges for no reason and I never touch my eyes so idk what it is but yea

A: Me too! I came on here to try and figure out why this was the case, as both of my mascaras came without a seal. I think I will return them. I’m just not comfortable with it or convinced someone didn’t open it previously.

A: Hi GTO Mama! We would recommend trying a micellar water. Apply it first to a cotton pad or round, and then use to remove the mascara. They are typically very gentle and work well. hope this helps!

A: Yes, this mascara is water based with it being the first ingredient!

A: this one is not waterproof but we do have a waterproof version. the waterproof version has blue accents on the packaging instead of the green accents on this one and should say waterproof at the end of the product title. hope that helps!
