Cute product, poor quality control on sending open items

This item was shipped to me opened, used and missing pieces. There were chunks out of the eyeshadows, lip glows des and there were hair clips and make up brushes missing. In addition the shrink wrap and safety seal had been removed. Maybe some better quality control before shipping?

I gave this to my daughter on her 6th birthday. She loves the colors and has so much fun testing them out on her face! 😆 She didn’t seem to mind, but my only complaints are that the lip colors aren’t scented/flavored and the blush brush doesn’t work very well. Otherwise, it was a big hit!
