Use the tips & visuals in this guide to take body measurements accurately & easily.

How to measure

  • Bust

    Measure across the fullest part of your bust, keeping tape measure level.

  • Torso

    Run tape measure from the top of your shoulder,between your legs & up again back to where you started.

  • Waist

    Bend slightly to one side. The crease is where your natural waistline is. Measure a comfortably loose, level line around that point.

  • Hip

    Stand with your feet together. Measure a level line around the fullest part of your hips & Seat.

  • Inseam

    Take a pair of pants that fit well. Now measure along the seam from the crotch to the leg opening.

  • A: From the side. These seem easier to adjust than most. I put them in the machine in a lingerie bag. The cups always get bunched up like all bras like this, but I can't be bothered to handwash. I don't find them that hard to straighten out

  • A: I’ve owned several of these, I am a cup remover, and I machine wash. If you are a cup keeper, they can’t go in the machine. It’s easy though. Get a small container, a touch of Dr bronners, with hot water, soap and wash each insert quickly, let soak 20 minutes, rinse, and then using a laid out towel line them up and wrapping the towel flatly over cups, squish squish, use pant hanger to dry. Add clothes pins? I swear it’s not as time intensive as that just sounded.

    Bad redesign

    They redesigned this bra and the new one is awful! The old one was perfect and I recently realized it is my favorite so I ordered 3 more. They are not as stretchy and the bottom section below the breast is shorter making it less comfortable for those of us with large breasts. I am returning these.

    Don't buy - bring back the old style!

    This has been re-styled recently and it is AWFUL. The previous design was wonderful and I own probably 12+ of them. This version is horrendous - zero support, thinner material. Total downgrade.

    Bad resesign

    The redesign is garbage. I have 15+ of the old style and have loved them for years. The new one is less stretchy, the bad is too tight and the rest too loose. It also used to be $16. I guess I’m in the market for a new go-to. Booooooooooo

    Color is way off

    I got the teal color and the shorts that are shown in the picture. I wanted a cute matching set. Looked fine in my bedroom with low light but when I went to the gym I noticed they are not the same color at all. The bra is very bright. The shorts are a darker color. It’s very noticeable. The other reviews of this are accurate as well, it is extremely tight and hard to get on. I personally didn’t mind it because I do like how secure it feels when running, but I’m honestly mostly annoyed that the set doesn’t match at all. I wouldn’t have ordered it otherwise.

    These run VERY small!

    Bought for my Daughter as she has the same brand and similar style (they discontinued the specific one she has). Well, this new/updated bra runs so much smaller. I picked up both her current size (small) as well as the next size up (medium) since they are on sale. Got home, she just tried them on and they were extremely hard to get on and super tight, both small and medium. We are returning. I am attaching a photo: the bottom black bra is the original sports bra (same marked size (small), same brand (all in motion) and similar style) and the top blue one is the new style, same brand, also in a size small; so you can see the difference in sizing.

    uncomfortable + tight band

    potential buyers... PLEASE heed the reviews and size up. i wear size L medium support sports bras from all in motion every single day, and i didn't think the new design would be an issue when i bought these. the sports bra itself mostly fits alright (definitely on the smaller side, but not unbearable) but the band is SO tight and it doesn't have any stretch, unlike other all in motion sports bras. i've had this for a week now and the material hasn't loosened at all in the wash, and i get angry red marks on my chest every time i wear this as a result of the band.

    You might want to size up!

    Definitely heed the advice of the other reviewers who said the band on this sports bra is very tight! That just happens to be my shape (32C) so the size Small works well for me. Offers me great support while running. The only downside I anticipate is that the material seems especially thick, so as the weather warms up it may be uncomfortably hot.
