This 10 gallon basket claims to be sized for 13-gallon kitchen trash bags, but 13-gallon drawstring kitchen bags will not fit around the rim without tearing and breaking. Unusable with the 13 gallon liners it is designed for.

waste of money

The wastebasket has a label on it saying 10 Gal. and a picture of a garbage bag stating 13 Gal. but no 13 Gal. bags fit this basket. I would not purchase another wastebasket that there is no bags that fit over the top of it.

Simple but great!

My husband and I bought 2 of these bins a few months ago when we got our first place together and they have held up great! We love the size of them, that they are small enough to fit under our kitchen sink to be out-of-sight. They are great!

Doesn’t fit garbage bags

It doesn’t fit standard tall kitchen bags. I use hefty flex bags I get from bjs. The struggle to put them over the lip. Half of them end up stretching too much and tearing. The lip is just too wide for bags.

Holds up over time!

When I was newly married and poor as a church mouse, my husband and I went to the store to find a laundry hamper. We were disappointed how expensive the hampers were and found these 10 gallon waste baskets nearby at a much lower price point. We bought two (one for white laundry, one for colors). Now we have been married over 10 years and the bins are still going strong! I have no intentions of replacing them because they have exceeded my expectations. They have been hauled around full of laundry and show no breakage from wear. I recommend this product!

Long Lasting Garbage Cans

I've had this garbage can since I was in college. It looks nice in any room that I put it. If it gets dirty it is easy to clean. It holds a lot without taking up too much space. It is a great basic garbage can.

DIY under the sink trash can

I moved into an apartment which has a compact kitchen and no exterior space for a kitchen trash can. Therefore, I installed a pull out drawer in the cabinet under the sink, and put one of these trash cans in it. The waste basket fits nicely between and below the sink drain and pipes and is large enough to hold used coffee grounds, kitchen scraps and fruit waste. The door to the cabinet keeps all the odors in-check and I have all the convenience of a pull-out under-the-sink trash can.
