The setup was Long and the volume stopped working only the first day. Have to return and try again. Only used it for a couple of hours until the volume started to sound like a horn. On the bright side the games we tried for prek have a great list of options and are entertaining and educational

Screen failure. My daughter uses it as a nighttime reading device before bed. Being special needs it helps her go to sleep.Recently noticed one morning her screen was fine but the led appeared to spider-crack.It never has fallen or been struck.The LED screen shattered under the original screen. Not even sure how that happens when the original screen is fine.I contacted company 100% but told my issue. What kind of scammers are they, that's really poor customer service! BUYERS BEWARE! They won't even stand behind their products.

I would not recommend. We ordered 2 tablets and our 6 and 8 year old enjoyed them for a short time before they both stopped working. They stop charging. We were only able to return one (that lasted a couple of weeks), because the second one stopped working shortly passed the 30 day return window. Target won’t even allow us to exchange for a better quality tablet.

Got this product and it constantly glitches. We bought it for travel and the top tab keeps coming down when no one is touching it. I can't return in and replace it. The pink one I got works, but I believe they gave me a damaged one that someone else replaced. I also factory rest it twice and it still does it.
