I bought 2 of them. Came in fast. They come with the case already on them. When taken out of the box they both had a VERY strong chemical odor. While setting them up I became very light headed and thought I was going to pass out. I went outside, took the cases off and to finish setting the tablets up. I left the cases outside to air out. I came back out to clean the cases. Battery dies quickly.

I bought one last year and the year before. This was better then the year prior. However, now it has been a year since I have had this. The battery just blew up. The battery before this did not last long either. Kids enjoyed it while working but do not plan to buy a new tablet every year. Got rid of the one from the prior year as it was SLOW. SLOW to where my kids and I were very impatient with it loading anything. You cannot return or do nothing through Target.

If I could give this tablet zero stars I would. It is advertised as a children's tablet but for one this is the worst quality tablet and the only kids thing on this tablet is the story books. Also because it's a third party seller the only way you can return it is at a store and of course the closest one to me is 1.5hours away and now I have to take 4 small children 1.5 hours away to return the worst quality tablet I have ever seen. Save your time and money and order a Amazon fire kids tablet. I was going to order 3 more but thankfully I was waiting to see how this one was before buying more for my other children.

My biggest complaint is that the device locks at scheduled time, but I have given permission for more time/unlocked it. Instead of allowing me to reset its internet connection from Home Screen, I have to restart it, then catch it before it locks to reset net and trigger that things have changed. Learning curve for sure. But it covers my basic needs. Nothing outstanding, but was cheap enough.

Brought this for my toddler for Christmas and it worked all of two days. I was so disappointed. The tablet doesn’t hold a charge for long and we had to do a hard reboot twice because the tablet wouldn’t turn on by simply hitting the power button. Returning and purchasing an Amazon Kindle for toddlers.
