Tart Cherry Juice . I am dealing with high blood sugar right now and found it that drinking Tart Cherry Juice can lower your blood sugar & has great antioxidants as well. Taste great. It really isn’t that tart, it’s easy to drink. It really tastes like cherries. I def recommend.

Improved my sleep!
I have no problem falling asleep, but I have a hard time STAYING asleep. Without fail, I would wake up some time around 3:30am- regardless of what time I go to bed. I took magnesium glycinate and still had trouble. I was researching melatonin supplements to help me, but came across the benefits of tart cherry juice. I have been drinking this constantly with my evening meditations for the past 2 weeks and I’ve stopped waking up in the middle of the night! I noticed a difference after 3 days! There were a few nights when I was out of town and didn’t get to drink the juice and still slept through the night too. I’m so happy Target sells this at such a reasonable price!
