Easy to set up. Better quality than expected. Fits 2 comfortable. 4 people would be leg spaghetti. Takes a bit to heat up but maintains heat well. Bubbles feel wonderful. Definitely exceeded my expectations!!

I feel very refresh every time I use this. It is so nice that this has a bubble jet spa not only a hot tub. This is one of my favorite to relax in this hot tub after long work hours.

This hot tub is a true gem, comfort, relaxation, and durability are just a few of its amazing qualities. Assembly was surprisingly straightforward and easy. The clear instructions and included inflation pump made setting up the hot tub a breeze. Within no time, the hot tub was inflated, and the Greywood exterior gave it a stylish and sophisticated look that blended seamlessly with my outdoor space. One of the standout features of this hot tub is the Bubble Jet Spa technology. The soothing bubbles create a gentle massage-like sensation. I absolutely love the bubble jet it is not only relaxing but with my muscle pain it helps rid my aches! The control panel is user-friendly, allowing me to adjust the temperature and bubble intensity to my preference. The water heats up relatively quickly and maintains a consistent temperature throughout my relaxation sessions. The size of the hot tub (77 x 28 inches) is perfect for accommodating up to four people comfortably. It's an ideal space for intimate gatherings with friends or a cozy evening soak with a loved one. The sturdy construction and puncture-resistant material provide a sense of durability and reliability, making me confident in the product's longevity. Maintenance has been surprisingly easy as well. Helps the pain in my back and my husband loves this because of his back also love the Led lights and that i can controll the temp my daughter loves to get in and relax her feet its out family night to set and relax and look at the starts.

After owning this hot tub for just over 3 months, the insulated cover (which never aligned with the straps meant to hold it in place) somehow filled with rain water. We believe it absorbed the water that rested on top occasionally. I contacted Intex about replacing it, and they said it was only covered for 3 months, and it would cost $80 for a new cover. I wish I had never bought this one and had gone with a different brand.

The tub itself is ok. Was an easy setup because we’ve had an Intex Spa before. However, the lid quality is not good. It blew out a gigantic hole as we were airing it up (see photo). Intex customer support was not helpful. They offered to send a new cover, but only after we cut the existing one apart and sent them proof. It’s at least providing some coverage now, which we needed since we had already filled the tub with water. Cutting it apart is not a convenient solution. Intex’s warranty process makes me leary for issues we may encounter outside of the return period, so we are leaning towards returning this and looking for a different spa. Additionally, it looks like this cover wasn’t made for the tub. We’ve had an Intex spa before, and we liked the way the lid buckled to the tub body. It provides a barrier that’s difficult to remove by children, and keeps our kids out of it when they aren’t supervised. You can see the female parts of those buckles in the listing photos (I’ve also attached a picture here), however there is no picture of the lid on the listing photos. I will go ahead and let you know that there are no male buckle parts on the cover, which means there is no way to lock the lid on. I’m so confused as to why there are buckle parts on the tub body but none on the lid. It makes no sense at all.

The light literally exploded while the bubbles were on after less than one month of use. We had to drain the whole thing and scrub it out, and now do not have a working light.
