    FAR Surpasses the quality of most luggage in this price segment...

    My Samsonite carry on cracked open when some monkey handling JetBlue gate checked luggage jammed it on a wheel. Immediately, my cheap Samsonite was dead. I got that luggage to replace a Calpak that had a busted handle. Actually fixed that handle and realized only in the last few hours before heading out that the zipper was also gone. Ran to TJ Makk and Kohl's. Maxx had only the cheapest Samsonite pieces(like the one I bought before). All $99 to $129. No thanks. Kohl's had a bunch of stuff for $$$$$$. No thanks. I almost skipped Target because I've seen their luggage section picked apart. But I tried it. This Open Story brand was $160 but the quality was better in EVERY WAY! Lightweight but more durable shell. Lower profile and reinforced wheel mounts with the smoothest wheels of anything I tried up to $400. With fantastic materials inside and plenty of smart packaging features. And nice integrated TSA locks. While I wasn't wanting to spend more money on carry-on luggage, I definitely feel this was many bars above in quality over those cheap, basic throwaway pieces I had before. And I hope that I finally found a piece that lasts a long time...

    Best materials for a reasonable price

    There are 3 things you want in a luggage and this one has them: - Bayer makrolon polycarbonate shell - Hinomoto wheels - YKK zipper Interior lining is very silky, it feels nice. Handles are fine, nothing special. Telescoping handle is good with 3 poisitions. This luggage uses the best materials you can find in the market but for a reasonable price.

    Horrible customer service and faulty product

    Starting coming apart at the seams right after a year was up. Tried to return and got directed to manufacturer. Paid nearly 200 dollars for original and they sent me some random suitcase worth about 60 bucks and didn’t have same features. Horrible customer service and won’t answer my emails now.

    Not worth the price or headache

    Paid the higher price tag on this because it was a target brand and that usually means quality. Plus a 10 year warranty?! We barely travel I have used this suitcase one twice now and both times as a carry on with me. The suit case has a defect in the zipper area causing a hole. I called customer service about the warranty and they was the most mind blowing experience ever I am still dumbfounded. They gave a third party number who ignored me for weeks. When I did finally end up getting them to send a replacement they sent a complete different brand and size the cheapest suitcase I have ever encountered and not even a carry on or target brand it was a macys social I could buy locally for less than $100. At this point I have filed a BBB complaint to try and get what I paid for as this is so unacceptable on targets behalf.

    Stellar item on paper. IRT received in USED condition. So caveat.

    This is a fantastic budget suitcase. Hinimoto wheels with Y2K zippers and a TSA Lock. Bought on sale and not sure why they raised the price given I received a clearly used product. Be forewarned. Donating because item is so sullied I am not comfortable using. Target love you but do better. Previous owners- don't use and return. Not cool.

    Love the compression flap

    This bag has been on many trips and is holding up well. I like the design of the internal compression flap/board. It compresses well and keeps your items secure. This piece along with the built in TSA lock seems to only be available in the Signature line which is disappointing.

    AMAZING BUY IT!!

    Ok so i didnt think i would ever feel so strongly about a freaking suitcase but if your on the fence just buy it!! This suitcase was an upgrade for me since we were headed to Europe for 3 weeks for our honeymoon. Let me tell you it went through the ringer. Through flying, multiple trains and walking MILES on rough cobblestone it's still in perfect condition. It is so durable and the antitheft lock came in handy and I'm so glad I had it. I honestly thought there was no way it would make it through some cobblestone paths but she made it and she's perfect. And she's cute!! Also on the many flights and trains I didn't see any other suitcases that looked like her which I like because I get nervous of people mistakenly thinking it's there's. It fit tons of clothes and has a great expandable function. She's perfect.

    Similar to other popular quality luggae brands.

    This is a solid option for a carry on. The wheel and handles are smooth. Its a good size for a carry. Slightly bigger than the usual but no so much so that itll stand out to gate agents. The color is more of a beautiful sage green than the minty colored pictured. Ive read and watched dozens of carry on luggage reviews from Away, to Monos to Travelpro, ect. This has similar features (ykk zippers, hinomoto 360 wheels, organization and compression interior) I even bought a Beis to compare in person and it is very similar with exception of the Beis being clearly taller( see pics for size comparison) Overall, a good piece of luggage. Docked a star bc of the price point which isnt much cheaper than any other quality non target luggage.

    broke- cant return

    After getting hung up on by Target, and calling back was finally given a phone # to call for warranty. Its a voicemail and asked for all my info and then will call me back. The warranty is not handled through Target, even though it is a target brand. They have not called me back, and I am getting frustrated with the 2 hours I have invested in this. the bottom of the luggage cracked open making it unuseable. Incredibly frustrating. WIsh I could return, but its been more than a year. For this price it should last longer than 1 year.

    I can't wait to use it

    I haven't flown with it yet, but the wheels move around well. Love the configuration and pockets. Only thing missing is a wet pocket, easy to work around. Love the warranty, same as Samsonite which was the brand I was initially going to go with. Thr zippers look sturdy and are smooth. The handle goes in and out smoothly. Like the handle on the side for lifting. The color is nice. Get the matching tote if you can it is so nice!

    Beautiful Color & Great Quality

    Waiting at the airport for this luggage’s maiden flight. We packed 3 days worth of clothes & shoes into the roller. Southwest said the size was carryon approved. The 4 rollers & luggage strap on the backpack made cruising through the airport super easy. The pieces feel like they will hold up for many adventures ahead.
