Q: Is his name Louis, Lewis, or Luis because I can't figure it out and I think its Louis but it could also be Lewis or Luis so please let me know I am freaking out about this right now.
A: When is this going to be available? Lewis was advertised all summer as a featured part of your 2024 Halloween collection yet you don’t have him available at the launch of your collection. How does this make sense?

Q: the video says "happy halloween my little ghouls", but the other videos i've seen say "i am not a jack-o-lantern, my name is lewis". so what does it actually say? lol
A: He has six phrases, including; Trick or treat all you creepy crawlers *Laugh* Crooked smile and a glowing eye, I see all your tricks from way up high *Laugh*

Q: I haven’t even had mine a month and it has only been indoors. Now it doesn’t work/turn on anymore. What can be done about this?
A: I just put mine up on Oct. 12, and he only worked an hour. Really annoying, and extremely disappointing.

Q: How do I connect a try me button or step pad? I don't see a jack on his speaker box.
A: and make sure you have jack stands and then you can put it on the stands, maybe use a jack just in case but I'd never use the jack only that is danger
