There is a diagram that looks like it is intended to be used as a stencil for drilling screws into your wall, but it is not the correct size The screws need to be 16 inches apart, but the diagram is 15 inches apart

DON'T USE THE TEMPLATE
Why would they include a template and not make it the correct dimensions?! What a waste. Now I have extra large drill holes in my drywall and not sure I can redrill the half inch over. Might need to relocate the entire thing and fill the holes, along with providing my own new anchors. Very disappointed.

Poorly made
The white backboard is super cheap with all units in the store having scratches, chips, or dents. The white paint is cheap and shows every spec of dusk and every scratch. I loved the look of the hooks and how seamless the hardware is, but it just isn’t a piece meant to last.

Wrong Template Measurements
Purchased in store and sadly didn’t check reviews before I began mounting at home. Measurements on the guide paper instructions were incorrect. Drywall anchors were required and therefore left huge holes in my walls. Also, hate that the product was stapled in three places to the cardboard which were difficult to remove. Returning item!

Incorrect materials
The paper included for measuring and mounting the hooks are wrong. The spacing is supposed to be 16" but is 15.5". This made installation a pain and makes me really suspicious of the company as a whole since it's really unprofessional. The hooks seem fine otherwise but now I'm just not sure.

The distance on the hole drilling template says 16 inches, but is actually 15½ inches. The product distance between the mounting fittings on the product is 16 inches. Product labaling f'up.

Annoying to Mount but fine product
The product itself was fine once we mounted but omg what dumb and incorrect instructions! It comes with a paper template for you to screw into your wall with. There wasn't an obvious place to screw into (like no x that marks where to drill) we we figured just drill where the hooks would be mounted - makes sense right? Then we try to mount the thing and the template isn't the right scale as the actual hook. We had to take out the plastic anchors (which then broke so we had to buy new ones), and make new holes somewhere else. Just a simple and easy job and whoever made the instructions didn't do that right. 😪
