Just Okay
The Aveeno Kids Detangling Spray works just okay for my son’s curly hair. I have to spray a lot of product to be able to get the tangles out of his hair. My son has tight curls and it gets tangled a lot and this product seems to work better for fine hair. It also worked better with wet hair and was not as effective to use on dry hair. The scent can feel overpowering since I have to use a lot of product to get effective results. I will probably not repurchase again. There’s other detanglers out there that worked better for my son’s hair type.

Great for Toddler Hair
This has worked really well on my toddlers hair. I definitely notice a difference when trying to brush her hair with using the detangling spray versus not using the spray. Her hair is mostly straight and very thin.

Not a "light" fragrance. It works on tangles. But, the smell is so overwhelming that I can't use it. I would have returned it. But, I had ankle surgery shortly after I purchased it & I simply could not get that task done. But, that is how much I dislike it. I wanted to return it. I hate that I am stuck with it. I have to give an average review because it works on tangles.

I love this aveeno detangling spray, I brush my baby girls hair so easily and smooth after apply, is very easy to use, the hair texture feel soft. Is hypoallergenic and tear free!

I really wanted to like this, but the smell is so similar to a disinfectant it’s just not great. I was going to try and use it still but it also just isn’t the best for my kids hair.

Too strong of a scent
The scent is overwhelmingly perfume-y. Which makes me think this is not hypoallergenic or really suitable for sensitive skin. I also thought it might dissipate but it remains strong.

Makes getting ready a breeze!
The struggle of getting ready is real! Brushing my 8yr old daughter's hair is a nightmare sometimes, but this spray has saved the day! I can spray it generously and it helps so much that she feels confident getting herself ready now. Smells really good too! I will not go through the school year ever again without this spray lol.

Fragrance is so strong that it burns my eyes and nose. It doesn’t even work well. I wouldn’t use this on a child. Will go back to using Honest Company brand detangler.

Love the smell

Detangler no tears
Love how it leave my daughters hair manageable to comb and leaves it soft! It helps keep the fly away down and honestly i use it on myself every now and then then! It has helped my daughter’s hair feel and smell good. Her natural shine shows without being too oily!
