    Terrible costumer service

    The customer service was terrible because the person I spoke with to report that I hadn’t received my package basically told me that it wasn’t Target’s problem but rather the shipping company’s, and that I had to contact them directly. I find this to be awful service because I made my $75 purchase with Target, not UPS.

    Wore them all over UK!

    I wore them all over London and Edinburgh! They are so cute and comfy. I was so concerned they would hurt my feet but they didn’t. They can get around. I looked so evened out in them. It’s hard to find a boot that does not offset my shape. I love these boots.

    Jayda Boot

    The boots are very soft and the quality is great. I am however, needing to exchange them for a smaller size and am having difficulty finding a way to return or exchange them. Any help in that area would be great as I can't wear them in the size I ordered and received.
