Cute but what a pain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were the second pair I purchased. The first pair I purchased a half size up the way I always do with boots because I have a high top arch. Unfortunately I couldn't even get the first pair zipped closed all the way so I had to purchase a size and a half up from my normal shoe size. I purchased mine on Clearance both times which prevents me from returning or exchanging the shoes for a different size. On clearance the price is good. If I had been forced to pay full price for them I would not have purchased either pair.

MY FAVORITE BOOTIES EVER!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these boots so much! I have every color except olive (not my color). And multiple pairs of black, brown, and grey. They look great with everything, heel height is perfect, and quality is good if you take care of them. When I’m not wearing them I insert the foam inserts that come with them to help keep the shape. Only issue I have had is with my brown pair, when I walk they kinda have a low squeaking sound that comes from the straps rubbing on the material underneath. Ordered a new pair of brown.
