Q: How mang mg of caffeine is in each pod?

  • A: Hi Gianna, thank you for your question. The caffeine content per brewed capsule for our Sumatra is approximately between 130 to 200 mg. The variation in the amount of caffeine depends mainly on the green coffee. Robusta contains roughly twice as much caffeine as Arabica. Caffeine content is also determined by the amount of ground coffee in the capsule, the degree of roasting, and to a lesser extent, the coffee origin. There is no correlation between the assigned "intensity" and caffeine content.

  • A: The "crema" is a froth created by the machine, by the method of extraction the Nespresso machine uses. It's not an ingredient that is added to coffee.

    BEST COFFEE. Perfect for ice coffee

    SUPPER tasty! I love to make it into iced coffee. This coffee still tasted strong after putting ice with creamer. it is perfectly strong but not to strong. Definitely my favorite.

    Burnt unpleasant flavor

    I should trust those reviews saying burnt flavor, this coffee is not good at all, I will go to the machine company site to get the good ones.

    I’ve heard Starbucks coffee, generally, described by others as having a burnt taste, but never picked up on that myself. Until now! These capsules turn out a harsh, bitter, singed taste, totally unlike a fresh bag of Starbucks Sumatra beans. You might not notice if you add cream and sugar, but black coffee drinkers, you’ve been warned!
