[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are super cute and I was so excited to wear them! The first time I put them on, they were borderline too tight, and I only wore them for an hour or so. The second time I wore them a couple of days later, they were like flip-flops. I cannot keep them on my feet to save my life. I can't tell if the heel uppers sit too low to grip my ankle or if the material breaks in/deteriorates too quickly. I'm so sad because I love Journee shoes (as the only brand I've found that consistently sells cute shoes in a size 12), but these flats are poorly designed.

I usually wear a medium and these are very petite, the outside of my foot was hanging off the side. They were not tight however and true to size just to narrow.

They were too tight for about a week and then, by the second or third wear, they were flip flops with how loose they got. Definitely wouldn’t re-purchase. Love the scallops though.

Runs small, I recommend sizing up.

Loved the style and ordered them in three colors! The fit was tight, but being a size 12 I didn’t have many other options. After a few wears they became so stretched out they’re almost impossible to wear without making a loud flopping noise. Very disappointed on the quality, especially for the price.

I sized up per the reviews and they fit fine. However, after wearing them just a few times, they completely stretched out at the heel. Now they are way too wide and won’t stay on when I walk. Overall not impressed.

Shoes came in looking just like the picture! However that are stiff and give me blisters. Also the toe area way stiff and not moment to wiggle room. These will be getting returned

I have been looking for a cute but plain black d'orsay flat for a while after mine broke down after 2 years. I normally wear a size 7..sometime a 7.5 if too narrow, but after reading all of these reviews about ordering a full size bigger I went with the 8. After 2 weeks I finally received them but are way too big..7.5 would've been perfect but I'm so turned off by ordering, waiting & then having to send back so will just find something in store from now on. Cute though

I’m so disappointed that I had to return these pretty shoes. After reading the reviews I ordered a half size up and they still didn’t fit well. The toe was too tight and the heel too loose even though the length was perfect :face_with_one_eyebrow_raised:.
