A: 1. Locate the battery cover on the back of product. 2. Using a Phillips Head screwdriver, remove the screw and battery cover. 3. Install new batteries. Requires 3 x “AA”(LR6/R6) 1.5V batteries (not included). 4. Replace the battery cover and the screw. Insert the batteries in the back of the kitchen. To turn on the kitchen, slide switch to the ON position. Turn off when not in use to conserve battery power.

Damaged, used and returned.
Should’ve know it was used and returned when most of the pieces were unwrapped, damaged, dirty, and assembled. There was also blond hair, I’m brunette. I didn’t take pictures because I thought o was over thinking but I was right. Used and damaged. My daughter is in the ICU so I won’t be returning but very disappointed with this purchased.

Great kitchen, for its size and quality
What we love most about this kitchen is its height, we got this for my daughter when she was 5 going on 6, she’s 7 going on 8 and is still able to play, without bending down. This toy is soo so so soo cute and good quality, I’m sure this will last years down the line, giving her smaller siblings a chance to enjoy!

Absolutely LOVED this for my daughter!! She’s 3. My 1yr old loves this equally as much. The sounds are great, the quality is 10/10. The extras that it comes with are great if you don’t have a whole lot to get you started. It only took my son and husband about 45 min to put it together. We had the OG version of this fridge and we upgraded for Christmas and have absolutely NO regrets. It’s a solid piece and we tell everyone about it. If anyone has anything negative to say they are 100% full of it. Our last kitchen is from 2 years ago and still functioned like it did on day one. It’s now the outside play kitchen. My girls climb in the fridge to play hide and seek, they stand on the doors while they are open and this thing just takes the beating. Do NOT sleep on this!!

My kitchen only came with the appliances. When I put it together it was not only missing the handles to every door but also all of the foods, all of the serving utensils, the dish rack along with the dishes/pots and pans, I also didn’t get the plants and plant potters, no soap dispenser, no ice cubes. I put this entire kitchen together just for me to miss majority of the good parts. Who wants a kitchen and I didn’t get nothing that was advertised on the box nor in the instruction pamphlet ???? That’s not what I bought the kitchen for, spent good money just for it to be the kitchen and the shelves .. couldn’t even send me the handles. Very disappointed .. every food item in those pics were bought separately.. also the door to the oven won’t stay shut. That’s pretty annoying

We purchased this to "upgrade" from our Step2 Kitchen. It's cute and aesthetically appealing to our princess living kids but the quality is cheap. If you're kids play rough it's not made to last and I'm expecting it not to last. Kind of my own fault getting rid of the higher quality Step2 for this.

Faucet sound stopped working in less than 12 hours
Faucet sound stopped working in less than a day. Steam feature is super cute. Microwave button is hard to press. It’s super cute and my daughter LOVES it, but the quality, particularly with the electronic components, is pretty poor. The backing of the unit is flimsy coated cardboard. The screen plastic pieces are thin as well, but once it’s assembled, it’s pretty sturdy. Unfortunately, it’s so sturdy that if something goes wrong with it, it’s nearly impossible to fix (like the sound for the faucet). It does come with a lot of cute accessories. I paid around $100 with it being on sale and having a coupon, but definitely not worth $200.

Perfect lretned play kitchen
It was time for a kitchen toy upgrade. My daughter (3) specifically asked for a princess kitchen and this did not disappoint. It is plastic which is my only complaint, but she absolutely loves it. Even my 6 yr old was playing too. My teenager was able to assemble it with a little help from husband within about 30 minutes to an hour. The little spaghetti kit it comes with is cute and has a little plastic board thing for cooking directions. That is double sided and slides in above the stove. We already have a ton of kitchen accessories and food from having our other one. But if you don’t I suggest purchasing more accessories for this one. It comes with a skillet, pot, with lids, spaghetti kit (box of noodles, meatballs, 3 broccolis, a pile of pasta , bread and a cup with brush) spatula, spoon, soap, sponge(plastic), cup and ice. Also includes a little planter with 3 plants.
