    I've never had any garlic product (powder or minced in a jar) have great garlic flavor. This actually has great garlic flavor. It's true that's its powder instead of granules, like very powder, so it's light and can make a mess if you aren't careful

    Too moist and too sticky

    It’s too moist and too sticky. I can not shake it from a bottle and I have to used a teaspoon to get out of the bottle. It needs to be further dryed out.

    Adds taste healthfully.

    If you use a lot cooking, it's best to let the dish to cool down a bit before adding to avoid clumping.

    Great Product

    Garlic has many health benefits. I like to keep plenty of garlic powder available to add flavor to meat and vegetable dishes. The powder is convenient to store and to use instead of having to mince the cloves each time.

    I like that this is organic and a good value, but I wish there was a value like this for garlic granules; this garlic powder is very fine, and is a bit messy trying to use, I transfer the product from the bag into spice bottles with the holes in lid, "
