Dont buy from this vendor

I will never order from this third party again and probably from target either, I purchased 2 and only ended up using one I didn’t even open the box I tried to return it and apparently there’s only a 30 day return policy with the third party not target and there was nothing anyone could do for me. I’m so disappointed in target for doing business this way, I spend so much money with Target I even pay the 9.99 every month for the delivery but never again, target you just lost a customer and I’m pretty sure that means nothing to you… but I will never buy here again.

Poor item description

I was specifically looking for a garland that I could plug in and was not battery powered. When I took it out of the box the first thing I noticed was the battery pack. The title of this item and the description both say plug in but clearly that is not the case. The garland itself is very pretty and the quality is decent, it just wasn’t what I thought I was getting based on the description.
