Nostalgia
Target wants me to review a Metallica album. It’s Metallica. It’s good Metallica. To my ears best in a long time, but I bought MoP in high school and I approach this through eyes of nostalgia. Nice crunchy riffs, songs with good groove, and no slow songs. This album sounds like a band with something to prove, and they did. This album is the first where I really wish Burton was on it- his walking bass lines would have blown this up. Alas, but it.

Kirk is the man
album is definitely a grower. all the songs aren't really much to talk about till around mid way when Kirk works his magic,No real big solos but very nice short ones with nice riffs. I've only listened to the album twice but I feel like its going to grow on me the more I listen. go in with low expectations but Do Not Change Tracks if you feel bored with the song,Kirk will make you finish it I promise.
