Don't purchase this giftcard; locstion unknown

Ordered these for my daughter’s Christmas gift after verifying location was near us and when she wanted to use the gift card, the location was closed. Phone rings and rings and no one picks up. Now I’m stuck with $100 that’s going to expire and Target wouldn’t give me a refund.
