Damaged product

I just received my heater about 40 minutes ago and plugged it in. There was a crack in the wood and the heater only blows cold air. Very disappointed as I needed this for heat for the family during the holidays coming up in a few days.

Great Fireplace!

This fireplace is great! It was a little big in the display to insert into our existing fireplace (37" Display, our existing fireplace is 35"), but thankfully it is tapered so we were able to fit it mostly in. Even though it sticks out a couple inches, it sits flat, is secure and doesn't look funny. We purchased this to save on gas cost for our 1900 sq ft home. We have solar and our gas heating was through the room (PG&E). Since adding this to our living room, our gas usage has significantly decreased! We leave the central heat on auto, it just comes on much less with the fireplace putting so much heat out. This will pay for itself in the first month alone! The bonus is no more firewood purchases, no more smoke in the house when we put the fire out. We should have purchased this a long time ago! My only gripe is that there are only 2 heat settings. The insert we have in another room has a thermostat and you can adjust the temp. On this one it is Warm Air or Hot Air. But it puts out great heat to fill our large living room! Since it is plugin and was inserted into our existing fireplace, we set pillows up beside the insert to cover the cord in the picture. We have since disguised it better haha. The unit is sturdy and could definitely be a standalone without being inserted into a fireplace.

Love the way it warms my living room and looks great in my fireplace. No more messy wood perfect fit. love the adjustable flames and colors. I just upgraded the room in one fell swoop

It has enough output to warm the room

I love everything about this electric fireplace, the flames look realistic, better than other brands I've seen, it's comfortable to stare at them and very quiet to work with. It's impossible to hear it running in the living room, so the noise doesn't bother me. It has enough output to warm the room and I am very pleased with this purchase!

Great flame visuals

I have always wanted a house with a fireplace and boom!! This fireplace is extremely nice! I love all the colors and heat options. It definitely adds to the room. I am not disappointed at all. It was extremely easy to install. Cannot wait for the cold months to snuggle up near it!!

This is a good choice!

It's nicely packed, you just take it out of the box, plug it in, and you're good to go. It was what we wanted, and it worked well. The flames and logs exceeded our expectations, and it was obviously an electric fireplace, but quite nice. If you're sitting near it and the hair dryer isn't too loud, the heat setting is fine. We love the ambiance, and compared to other models in its category, it's definitely worth the price. If you want an electric fireplace, this is a great option!

Absolutely gorgeous!

We didn't buy this for the heat function but just for looks, but we have been surprised at just how well this can warm up our living room in just a few minutes. I can not recommend this high enough! Its absolutely beautiful in our home and everyone that comes over for Christmas compliments us on it. My boy love the colors changing.
