    Good source of fiber

I do think they are a nice and easy way to add some supplemental fiber to my diet but 2grams per gummy is not really enough fiber to use for anything other than a supplement to high fiber foods.

    A yummy way to get the fiber I need

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the taste of these gummies, the strawberry and orange are my favorite, and they're not sticky on the teeth, and have no after taste. The 6g of fiber help me feel full longer, so I haven't been over eating, and the prebiotics also help with my digestion with the fiber. I've noticed I'm more regular since I started eating 3 gummies a day, and they're good for all ages as young as 4-18yo. My 19yo has started taken these with me, and has also experienced better digestion without any tummy troubles.

It suggests adults at 3 gummies per day, but I noticed it was working a little too well so I backed it off to one a day which was better for me. They are kind of a strange texture- very gummy and a little powdery at the same time. Very sweet as well, but no artificial sweeteners!
