Journee Collection Women's Matildaa Buckle Platform Wedge Sandals Brown 11

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fake leather upper is very scratchy. The size on the bottom of the shoe reads 6.5 but the straps are much too loose and the foot bed is about 1 and a half inches longer than a typical 6.5. I did not choose to pay more for the return option, so I'm out the money. Journee has lost a customer. Cheat me once shame on you, cheat me twice shame on me.

Strap broke first time I wore them. 2nd time this brand has not been worth it. Ordered for the wide width and they were not. Wides usually are good or big on me, none of the shoes I’ve bought of this brand have actually been wide and are low quality.

They are so fashionable and I love the dark brown color which is such a great look for transitioning from summer into Fall! I got them in a size 8, I usually wear a 7.5 and these fit me perfectly so definitely size up a half size! They are not super heavy on your feet and they do have some squish on the soles for comfort. I like that the shoes don’t look very big and also that my toes and heel don’t hang over the size. These are easy to walk in and very lightweight. You can pair them with jeans, shorts, and even a favorite mini dress, they will go with all your outfits. I was worried the high 4mm sole might be uncomfortable, but you don’t even notice since they are truly made for comfort. I am wearing a size 10 and my normal size is a 10 shoe. The color and style are versatile and would match a lot of outfits. She says they are comfortable even though they are tall. She has a bit of a wide front foot and these fit OK. However, the holes in the strap only go so far and I felt like I needed another hole to make them tighter. That being said, they still felt ok when I walked in them. I love the look of these wedges and they are comfortable and easy to walk in. These could go with almost everything - jeans, slacks, and long or short dresses.
