I ordered black and got aged oak

Received and refused wrong color..also the delivery was a week after the 1st promised window which was a no show all day long window... read reviews and mine is the 6th wrong color sent complaint

DO NOT BUY AGED OAK

DO NOT BUY THIS IN AGED OAK. If I could give this 0 stars, I would. I absolutely LOVE Hearth & Hand, but this was the worst experience I have ever had with an item. I ordered the aged oak kitchen island THREE separate times, and I received the black item every time. There are very few islands out there like this, so I was really excited to try it out. I just don't think the aged oak item exists anymore, and target should take the option down. If you look at that 36" option, it is only available in black. Don't waste your time.

Wrong color sent + in terrible shape...

Whelp. The wrong one was sent..I had hired someone to put it together while I was out..so I got home to find out the black one I ordered was not sent..we received the brown one. Now it’s assembled..and the glass is cracked, the stain is completely uneven, there’s a chunk out of the drawer, and polka dots of stain missing throughout. Avoid this and the others by this brand..I can’t imagine the quality assurance in that factory..
