We perfected the process of making caramel by caramelizing the butter, milk, and cream in small batch kettles. We evenly heat the caramel to the perfect temperature to avoid clumping. Our buttery soft caramel combined with the comforting warmth of real vanilla and the sharp flavor of pure sea salt produces the timeless sensation of sweet and salty.

The caramel's are very good, however, the box it arrived in said it was perishable and had cooling packs. But it was delivered at 9:45 PM and we didn't find it until the morning. Hopefully they will not be rancid from sitting outside on a very warm night.
