    Great quality for price

    Very happy with this product. Good sound quality and clarity, very comfortable to wear, easy to use, and exellent battery life.. I bought these mainly for listening to music, and also for the noise cancelling element when taking calls through my laptop at work. I must admit that this took a while to sort out as I had problems with the sound being too quiet , but I managed to sort this through changing the hands free settings on my laptop and now it works fine. The noise cancelling function works really well, though doesnt completley block out background noise. Also I thought it might have come with some sort of case for storage and protection. Overall a very good purchase and money well spent. I would highly recommend.

    Brought for a flight, couldn’t believe the difference in noise reduction the engines were just a quiet whisper. Even just wearing with no music it was still incredibly quiet and Announcements could be heard clearly would recommend these well impressed

    Great battery, seems to last a long time. Easy to connect to devices. Clarity is great. Comfort is good and generally the noise cancelling works well. I also chose to purchase a white pair, which to my eyes looks pale grey, a colour I liked.

    Well done Sony!

    I wnated these primarily to make long haul flights more bearable and they certainly did that. They come with a 3.5mm jack to plug into the airplane system and the NR works well, whether you're not connected or listening to anything (and just want some peace), plugged in via the 3.5mm jack, or connected to a device via Bluetooth. I'm getting used to the controls but the Sony App is definitely worth using too. Battery life seems pretty amazing too, so overall I am very glad I got these and very pleased with the performance. Well done Sony!

    So glad I bought these headphones! They're so comfy & don't hurt your ears even after wearing them for a few hours. The noise cancelling feature is my favorite & works really welland music comes through nice & clear.

    Good Sound

    brought these to use on the plane with my iPad, worked well. the only down side is I have a Samsung Galaxy A34 and they don't pair up. But the sound is very good they do block out other noises. Very comfortable to wear. As for the battery cant comment as the flight was only 2 1/2hrs.

    Seem to work fine. Don't hurt my ears as long as I make sure everything is tucked in. I like that I can turn noise cancelling off and then I can hear my family talking to me. Haven't messed with the levels yet cos I haven't got the time but will do no doubt. The factory setting is fine tho. Connectivity is great. Battery great. Sounds is clear and bright

    Overall great, minor discomfort over long periods

    I bought these about two weeks ago. I wear them for long periods of time at the moment, and the battery and quick charging have been great. The comfort for your ears, sound quality, and noise-cancelling have been very good. The only downside I would say is that I wear them for long periods at the moment, they do cause some discomfort on the top of the head over time - adapting the size results in misplacement around the ears, so I haven't found a way around this. Overall easy to use too.

    Good value headset

    I like them. Comfort is fine for shorter durations <1hr. Bluetooth connection with app could do with some work. Managed to get connection to phone Bluetooth but connecting via app is hit and miss for me.

    Disappointed

    Cannot mute the speakers without turning the TV speakers on. There is a background electrical pulse that can be heard when the volume is at zero. There is not enough base when listening to classical music. The signal breaks up when I walk to the next room.

    Hi Just received these headphones. They look and feel like a very high quality product and given my past experiences with Sony products I have no doubt they will be fantastic. Packing is superb and also high quality.....But ! Where is the bag to put them in and why oh why did they not include a charger !!! Come on Sony surely a brand of this standing and quality can afford a carry bag and charger.

    Durabilitity ≠ Cost

    After just under a year of use (2 days before its first year) the plastic surrounding the swivel of the left earmuff broke off cleanly without any drops, motions, or otherwise inproper use to cause the break. Not durable enough for overall cost of the brand.
