Love it!

I just received this 34 bottle wine cooler as a birthday gift from my sisters. What an incredible gift! Looks great, its very quiet, holds 34 bottles (including champagne. ) I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend it.

Avoid. If it breaks out of warranty it'll be cheaper to buy a new one.

It was decent at holding temperature for the first year of purchase. At month 13 (of course) the unit stopped cooling below 74 degrees F. Upon contacting the company I was informed since it was out of warranty (12 months) I would have to pay shipping and a $60 fee. Shipping was $85 on this due to weight. Most people will end up with more than 18 bottles. Do yourself a favor and buy bigger and higher quality from the start.

I get to ship this back for repairs. Never been plugged in, came with a broken door. Bought the extended warranty too. What a waste of money

Received damaged

Door came damaged/assembled wrong and now the item is out of stock and cannot be replaced. Sad because my friend has this fridge and loves it. Pyle will not give me the 34 bottle fridge over the 28 bottle even though the one I purchased is out of stock and it isn't my fault that it came damaged.

Works as advertised

It's a great fridge. Would have been 5 stars but the screws for the handle you need to attach aren't long enough. Thankfully I have zero problem opening and closing the door without the handle. I'll get different screws and it will be fine.

Missing Handle Part

The products looks good overall but the handle is missing the screws that attach it to the main part. Basically to open it, it's is not easy or convenient without the handle. Company has been difficult to deal with. Multiple numbers and people involved in the process. False information and super slow service!!

Gets iced up!!

My Wife and I purchased this back in 2020. We like the looks of the fridge very much. We had a problem with it about 9 months in. The coils got all iced up. The fridge was getting loud, because the fan blades were clattering on the ice!! About every 9 months we have to unplug it, wrap towels around the base to soak up the water from melting ice. (2 days for ice to completely melt) Also have to completely empty water tray). . clean up the mess, and we're good for another 9 months. I contacted the company through messaging, because I couldn't get a hold of anyone calling them. They messaged back that maybe my house is too warm in the summer and it caused too much strain on the fridge. I replied back, that we have central air, and my house never gets hotter than 72⁰ in the summer. . . . . crickets. . . Never heard back from them. .

Locking mechanism Hard to turn the key and Not a tight latch.

Locking mechanism is at the bottom of the door and is not convenient if its sitting on the floor. Hard to turn the key. Also the door latch jiggles when locked.

Fantastic Product and Customer Service

I can not say enough good things about my experience with Nutrichef. I purchased the 15 bottle wine cooler and it arrived in a timely fashion and was well packaged. However, It had a cooling fan problem. I notified Customer Service and they immediately contacted me concerning the problem and they quickly addressed it by sending me out a replacement unit which worked perfectly. I would like to thank Shiena at Nutrichef Customer Support for her help.
