Q: Must the griddle top be black or can I clean it to shiny metal? I have always used a grill brick or grill screen to clean restaurant griddles. Can I do the same with this?

Good for backyard BBQ！
This griddle is amazing! The quality is very good, and it’s easy to maintain too. The surface is non-stick, so it’s really easy to clean. The install instructions are clear, so assembling it wasn’t a problem at all. All in all, this was a great purchase and a great addition to my backyard. This griddle can be turned into an top one easily， just unscrewed it from the stand.

Easy to clean and cook
This grill is one of the best I have ever used for barbecue, one simple way to put it is that how easy it is to clean up after grilling, and it is the most annoying part after enjoying the food. Surprisingly, not only it was very straightforward to setup but also very easy to clean, I didn’t even have to use any soup to wash the surface, simply by scraping the cast iron on the top part and adding water to wash clean, the whole process took only less than 5 minutes. Happy with this and looking forward to use it again next weekend.

Works like it advertised
Just moved into new town home , bought this grill outdoor BBQ for my balcony.Having weekend gathering with friends and this BBQ grill work out great. Love it has additional frontshelf for extra accessories. The ignition button makes starting the grill very easy.

Great Barbecue
Great quality material, ideal size to use in various environments even on the balcony. It has wheels that help change location. We loved it, we took it on our trip and we had a great snack, approved!
