Disappointing quality

Despite being a very bold plaid, the manufacturer failed to make sure the shoes matched. Plaids are noticeably off. Also, the fit is floppy and the part that goes up the foot is crinkled. If I thought another pair would be made better, I'd ask for an exchange because this style could be very attractive.
