I’m not sure if I can speak specifically about mood enchantments.. but this flavor is darn delicious. The lemon and raspberry don’t outcompete each other and what results is a lovely balance of flavors- like a sparking pink lemonade on a summers day! Chefs kiss!

Where has Recess been my whole life!!
I've developed a bit of functioning alcoholism the past few years as a stress coping mechanism, which has contributed to gaining a decent amount of weight. It's been so hard for me to give up/drastically reduce my alcohol consumption..I've tried pretty much all of the adaptogen style drinks, and Recess is perhaps my FAVORITE. Drink them COLD and over ice! It doesn't get you buzzed like alcohol but it definitely helps take the edge off and reduce my alcohol cravings!!
