Definitely felt the relaxing effects, but the flavor is pretty bad to me. Not sweet at ALL extremely lime/lemon/OJ flavored which I'm sure some people love but I was hoping for more of a lime citrus soda flavor. The relaxing effects are also pretty subtle unless you chug it but it is a nice feeling.

A must try for anxious people
I can’t say enough about what a difference this makes for me. I have a severe anxiety disorder and adhd and this drink always calms me and can even leave me happier. This particular flavor may be my favorite. I’ve had some flavor of recess 4-5 times and I want to give a can to all my stressed and anxious friends.

I love this stuff! The lime is one of my favorite flavors, probably only second to the strawberry rose. It tastes delicious and helps mellow me out. Makes it much easier to cut back on drinking alcohol. Plus since it has magnesium it's basically a tasty vitamin. Win-win.

The flavor balance is fine but one ingredient or a combination of some are causing dizziness & anxiety. It’s odd because I take most of the ingredients as individual supplements daily. I tried multiple flavors & got the same results. Won’t be purchasing again.
