A good quick and easy lunch
A great easy meal either alone or with a small salad if I'm more hungry. I've also added a lemon pepper tuna packet for more protein. I also added a little hot sauce because I like things spicy, but nice and tart on its own. I like that it is well balanced and shelf stable. I usually heat it up for a minute, but have also eaten it right out of the bag.

So Good!!
I bought this last week while looking for ways to upgrade my diet and and work in more of certain vitamins. I came across this and was very interested. The flavor and combination seemed perfect for me. I tried it today for lunch, and it was so good. The flavor was great, and the product overall left me feeling satisfied. Consider pairing this with some toast, either on the side or put the tuna on top. This product can be heated up in the microwave (DO NOT MICROWAVE IN POUCH), or eaten chilled/cold.
