Honestly I only gave it two stars bc it lasted me 14 months. As soon as I got it the shade part was broken for the car seat and it hit my baby’s head as soon as I left the hospital. I didn’t return it bc im by myself and didn’t have help. A few months later the basket underneath broke and the wheel turned loose. Its not compact at all it doesn’t fit anywhere and the 2 piece part is annoying. I guess it was ok not the best wouldn’t recommend for someone doing everything by herself.

The stroller itself is fine. It is light weight and easy to use and store. The car seat on the other hand absolutely sucks! The cover will not stay on worth a flip. The canopy pops off super easy as well, which is frustrating. I followed the instructions completely. It was just not made well. Period.

I had my baby and after 3 or 5 times of using the car seat the cover would come off from the top and had to keep inserting over and over. The stroller is great but the car seat is awful. I would not recommend it.

We purchased this travel system for a friend at work. We paid over $400 to receive the item in a box that looks like this! The package had been open and then I guess box broke and target tapped it back up with the purple tape and the top with clear tape. I was going to wrap gift for a baby shower but I'm absolutely embarrassed to wrap this box. We will now just take it out of box and display it! Do better Target!

Ideally, we would prefer the box to be in pristine condition. However, the box is generally relatively simplistic, disheveled, and void of bubble wrap or plastic wrap. We empathetic towards your sentiments, but the travel system is produced with supreme substance despite the unsavory presentation. The canopy on the car seat keeps popping off, the base of the car seat is cheap n once installed it moves a lot . We had to purchase the other base maxi cosi sells on there website. I regret buying it , should have spent $100 more n gotten a Graco

Missing piece/ handlebar

I had my baby before time, he’s 4lbs and I feel like the bassinet part is too big but eventually he’ll grow into it. The stroller itself is bulky but lightweight I just feel like it’s too big for tight spaces like stores/ restaurants. Also I realized that the bassinet was missing the handlebars. I’m bummed out because since we didn’t use the bassinet when leaving the hospital I didn’t realize until after I had thrown the box away so we have no barcode or proof of purchase other than our receipt 😞

Car seat has come apart after couple of months of use the glue is gone and even the stroller is not very comfortable for kids to sit it very narrow and kids are sliding down from the seat the carseat came apart when we were travelling long distance and had to buy a new one right away because of it please don't buy

I dislike the fact that it’s been used for barely 2 months and already falling apart. All of the styrofoam is exposed and nothing I can do about it other than keep trying to rig it back together to make it not show. Looks tacky now. Can’t return since it was purchased about 4 months ago. Stay away from this setup! It’s pretty when it’s brand new, assembled, and unused. But that’s it!

We found this stroller and car seat to be very disappointing. The car seat has several issues: it doesn’t fit securely in none of our standard-size SUVs, and the hood doesn’t stay in position after cleaning. It’s quite heavy, making it hard to handle. The stroller itself is average but becomes cumbersome to move in and out of the car. Given these challenges, we wouldn’t recommend this product to others.
